1.  It is the will of God for you to walk in divine health

2.  All sickness comes from Satan

4.  Ask God for your healing (ask in faith); refuse to doubt

5.   Release your faith (with words)    
6.   Act on the Word
7.   Praise and worship God

Healing Always Comes

I. Healing is just as close as forgiveness; it takes the same power to do both

      A. Luke 5:17-26 — Jesus used words to minister the power to forgive and the power to heal

      B. Isaiah 10:27 — Anointing is on the Word; the yoke is destroyed because of that anointing

      C. Romans 1:15-17 — The Gospel is the power of God

II. God's power is in His Word, followed by His Spirit

      A. Genesis 1 — God spoke; the Spirit moved

      B. Luke 5:23-24 —- Jesus spoke; the Spirit moved

      C. 2 Corinthians 3:6-12 — Second Corinthians 4:13 "We having the same spirit of faith according as it is written" …

III. God's power—always present to heal

        A. All of the power of God is present because God is present

        B. His power and ability is not manifested until the demand is placed upon it

                  1. No one in Luke 5:17 made a demand on the power

                  2. The woman with an issue of blood made a demand on that power

       C. Power that flows without demand is wild and destructive

                              Example: Electricity—demand = lights

                              Electricity—uncontrolled = fire, destruction, death

        D. Making demands

                  1. Get under the word --- the man at Lystra

                  2. Believe you receive

                  3. Act on the Word

                  4. Speak faith in the name of Jesus

IV. JESUS is our faithful High Priest over the Word — Hebrews 3:1-6; Matthew 12:15

V. Why are Christians Sick?

          A. 1 Corinthians 11:23-32; Matthew 26:26-28 — Jesus not only shed His blood for us, but He also gave His body broken for us

          B. Romans 8:10-11 — Eternal life is for the body as well as for the spirit of man (also see 2 Corinthians 4:11)

         C. John 6:35-40 — This life is the will of Good for all

          D. 1 Corinthians 11:28 — During communion, we must examine ourselves

                   1. Not just in areas of sin, but first in sickness and disease

                   2. The emblems of communion represent the Word—the source of life

          E. What we do and say after communion is the difference between faith religion

          B. Healing comes whether feelings do or not
